Founded Top Shelf Franchising to help people get into business and transition into entrepreneurship, Tony built a career in the franchise & hospitality Industry, working for several years at Subway corporate as a franchise consultant. Since this time Tony went onto starting a successful taco restaurant chain called Los Chilitos with a close partner in Calgary. In addition Tony has been involved in creating 5 successful start-up businesses in Calgary & Vancouver.

With strategy and planning, these businesses were sold at considerable profit, paving the way for Top Shelf Franchising, where Tony and his team provide options to buyers and assist franchise owners & small businesses with an exit strategy. Tony has also been successful master developer for two franchise chains which he has since sold after bringing these brands to market.

Isabelle Leblond joined Top Shelf Franchising in July 2016. She brings a strong component to the team with her wealth of experience as a successful business gym owner for over 12 years in Montreal.
